Level I – Conceptual Design:

A conceptual layout that provides direction and suggestions for the cabinet layout, appliance locations and space planning which includes floor plans and elevations.  This level will help you get started with just a minimal investment.

Level II – Details:

Previous level plus detailed floor plan and elevations. Includes detailed dimensions, notes, appliance model numbers, cabinet profiles, cabinet knobs/pulls, accessories and any details necessary for bidding and construction purposes.

Level III - Mechanical:

Previous levels plus mechanical plan showing precise electrical, plumbing and venting locations, per manufacturers' specifications. This stage is necessary to ensure a smooth and problem free kitchen Installation.

Level IV - Rendering:

All previous levels plus computer generated 3D color rendering of your new kitchen or bath. You will be able to visualize what the finished product will look like and can even change finishes and colors to help make decisions.

Installation and Supervision:

With extensive experience in the construction industry, Natalie is able to provide supervision and coordination, as well as the best installers in the business. She will stay on the project from concept to completion, collaborating with you as the owner/builder, your contractor or architect.
